Returns

We hope you are happy with your order, but if you still want to return something: no problem! At The Glow Club you can return within 14 days , as long as you meet the conditions below.

✅ Return conditions

• Products are unopened , unused, undamaged and in original packaging .

• The return shipment must be registered within 7 days of receipt.

• Always return in the shipping box that came with your order.

📦 Return shipping costs

The costs for returning are at your own expense (our return address is in the Netherlands) .

📧 How to start a return

Send an email to info@theglowclub.eu with the following information:

• Your name

• Order number

• Product(s) you wish to return

• If applicable, the reason (not mandatory, but helps us improve!)

We will then contact you as soon as possible to initiate the return process.
