These general terms and conditions apply to all products, services and orders via the website www.theglowclub.eu , owned by The Glow Club, established in the Netherlands.
By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Applicability
These conditions apply to every offer from The Glow Club and to every distance contract concluded between The Glow Club and the consumer. Before the contract is concluded, the text of these conditions will be made available to the consumer.
3. Offer & products
We do our best to describe all products as clearly and accurately as possible. Color deviations may occur due to screen settings. Do you have any questions? Please feel free to contact us.
All offers on the site are without obligation and while stocks last.
4. Order & payment
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Payment must be made immediately via one of the offered payment methods.
The Glow Club reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information if there are any doubts about the correctness of the data or payment.
5. Delivery

We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium .

Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM are usually shipped the same day .

Delivery usually takes place within 1–2 business days , depending on PostNL or our other carriers.

The consumer is responsible for providing correct address information. Incorrect information may result in delay or loss.

6. Returns Policy
You have the right to return your order (in whole or in part) within 14 days of receipt ( you send an email within 7 days ), provided that:

The product is unused , unopened and in its original condition and packaging .

Return costs are at your own expense.

The Glow Club reserves the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the conditions.
7. Liability
The Glow Club is not liable for:

Allergic reactions (we always recommend a patch test and consulting the ingredients lists)
We naturally do our best to deliver products safely and in good working order.
8. Complaints procedure
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@theglowclub.eu . We will respond within 2 working days and look for a suitable solution together.

10. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. In the event of any disputes, the court in the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction.
