1. General

Are your products natural?
Yes! Our formulas consist of natural ingredients (synergy of botanicals, extracts and active ingredients) and do not contain petrochemicals, SLS/SLES, parabens, silicones or sulphates.

Are the products suitable for people with allergies?
For example, some products contain almond or argan oil. We recommend a 24-hour patch test for nut allergies, and if in doubt, consult your doctor.

Are your products vegan and not tested on animals?
Yes! All our products are vegan, cruelty-free and do not contain any ingredients of animal origin .


2. Use & shelf life

How do I use your scrubs, serums and masks?
For scrubs: use 2–3x per week, apply to wet skin, massage in circles, leave on for a short while (3–5 min), rinse off.

For serums and masks: follow the instructions on the packaging.

How long do the products last?
Unopened: 12–36 months, depending on product. Once opened: shelf life 6–12 months when stored in a cool, dry place.

Keep scrubs dry on the inside at all times. Do not touch with wet hands. Also check the packaging for the expiration date.


3. Safety & Side Effects

What if I have an allergic reaction?
If irritation occurs, stop immediately, rinse with water and consult a doctor. We always recommend a patch test when using for the first time.

Can I use your products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
If in doubt, consult your midwife or doctor first, especially with products containing strong active ingredients such as caffeine.


4. Ordering, shipping & returns

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on your location and order size and will be calculated during checkout.

How long does delivery take?
After processing, your package will usually arrive within 2–15 business days, depending on the country and method chosen.

Currently in the Netherlands and Belgium: ordered before 4pm, shipped immediately (and with a bit of luck, delivered the next day!)

Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking code upon shipment. If you do not have tracking, please contact our customer service via info@theglowclub.eu .

What are the return conditions?
You can always return the product if it is unopened, unused and in its original condition. Return costs are at your own expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the requirements are not met. Start a return by sending an email to info@theglowclub.eu .

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDeal, Bancontact, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and possibly Klarna/Afterpay – depending on your country.
